β β β β β I performed the lasik eye surgery two years ago and it was the best investment in my life! I was a person with 650 on one eye and 750 on the other. The experience with the doctor and nurses was positive from start till the end.
My life has changed positively after the surgery. Able to play basketball without specs

β β β β β I did eye assessment with Shinagawa Eye Centre. I have excellent experiences with the staff service here. I am appreciate that Doc Lee explained very clearly to me. And most importantly, Doc Lee is very responsibility to outlined all the risks and explained the reason why I cannot do the lasik base on my case, doesn't like those doctors from other clinics ignore the risk to earn the money.

β β β β β Excellent all around. I did my research and spoke to friends re a good eye surgeon for LASIK surgery and Shingawa Eye Centre's Dr Lee popped up quite a few times (helped that I knew quite a few people in the medical field too!).
Waiting times were minimal, service was excellent and most importantly, I've had minimal side effects and no complications (so far) from the surgery. Dr Lee explained everything very clearly and outlined the risks and complications specifically to my case. The nursing staff & optometrists were also very competent and helpful.

The experience I encountered is second to none. Dr Lee is precise in his explanation for pre consultation and also calms you down during the actual day.
And he is always standing outside his consultation room to welcome you.
Definitely worth a 6 stars.
Its of good faith I end up with Shinagawa Clinic after researching at least 5 other clinics.

β β β β β Very good experience! I did my pre-Lasik assessment here: the staff is very patient and friendly, and even explains a lot of knowledge about eyes during the waiting time. Dr. Lee is absolutely professional too, and recommends only what is suitable according to my eye conditions.

β β β β β Made the best decision to do lasik about 9 months ago. Side effects like dryness of the eyes went away quite quickly. Slight under correction of my degree but still able to see really clearly with no visual aid. Dr Lee has a very calming demeanour and made my actual day lasik a breeze. Fees here are a little steep but I wouldnβt hesitate to choose shinagawa again if I had the choice. :)

β β β β β All staffs are very professional and polite, and Dr Lee is the best eye doctor Iβve met so far.
I went for an eye infection first and felt that he is a trustworthy doctor so decided to do pre-LASIK assessment here. Unfortunately my eyes were not really suitable for LASIK, and he was very honest to tell me that I can still go for it if I donβt mind taking a risk but he recommended not to. I paid just $25 for the assessment. He really cares about his patients and I appreciate his advice.

β β β β β Just did my LASIK here and I was really nervous about the procedure. Dr Lee was very calm and assuring throughout the procedure and he was the bastion of strength - leading the team and the entire operation went very smoothly with no discomfort at all. The nurses were also very calm and professional and I had a great experience.
I have high astigmatism in the right eye and high myopia in the left eye, which is a difficult condition to correct. Immediately after surgery, I realised that my eyesight was already so much better and by the end of the first day, I could see as well as with glasses.
Strongly recommend Shinagawa to anyone considering LASIK.
PS: My wife did her LASIK here too (a decade ago) and her eyesight is still perfect despite working very long hours at the computer.
