Make a last min appt and was attended by optometrist nurul sofea… spent almost 2 hours on testing my eyesight and selection of frame… sofea was patient and accommodate most of my request… however, lens brand and frame are limited to old folks… lol……. Anyway good service rendered and hope will patronized again in future if needed…… btw… Carl Zeiss lens is not cheap nowsaday, especially when we old folk require progressive and high index lenses for a better quality of life…. Last but not least, keep up the good works ….cheers

This morning, my 11 year old daughter hit her eye on the cupboard and broke her Ortho-k contact lens in her right eye at around 5am. Part of the lens was stuck deep at the corner of her eye and we couldn't remove it. We waited until 9am and called Ken. As the shop was still closed for CNY, he came over to our house within 30 mins and managed to remove the contact lens out of her eye smoothly in 2 mins. Ken is indeed very experienced (even though this was the first time he encountered such issue) and showed great professionalism. We are very glad and thankful that we chose the right company to do the Ortho-k lens for my 2 gals. Immediate assistance for urgent issues are very important especially regarding kid's eyes. Thank you very much once again for the great after-sales service!

The screw on my sunglasses dropped out today and i stumbled upon this optical shop while heading home. Valerie was so helpful to stop what she was busy with to help me fix back the screw. Even helped me to clean up the glasses. Great and friendly service. Would surely come back again if i need anything!
