★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I collected my tinted glasses today but I realize they were very reflective. I paid for the 1.6 index one and expected it to be multicoated and non-reflective but I found the lenses to be super reflective, I suspect there is no anti-reflection coating. Is it even 1.6 index as it still looks quite thick, or was I given the 1.5 one? I have never encountered reflective lenses because I always ask and pay for 1.6 index even though my degrees were only 100+/200+. They even delayed my lenses saying there's no stock, nonetheless I waited, but I got a bad quality one in the end. I have never encountered anything like this!
Update: I sent messages to them asking for a refund/exchange. Allowed an exchange from the lady boss (presumably). Disappointed that they got my degrees wrong too the first time. Hope this exchange will resolve all issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female sales person like dont care what customer preference is.. just nodded yes yes to the question.. bought it and put it on its not what i wanted..wasted my money .. theres other shop around there more cheaper.. thought of giving the shop a try but dissapointed .. definitely wont be coming back
