The team that came to install this unit was very professional and efficient. They also patiently showed the homeowner how to operate the remote control. He was delighted at how easy it is to use! This will make life so much safer and more comfortable for this couple who used to have to struggle to hang their clothes on bamboo poles outside the window. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism!
