It was hard getting started but this is now something I look forward to at the end of a long workday to de stress and hang out with like minded people. Not sure which session to book? See the name Suffy? BOOK THAT SESSION and have no regrets with the best trainer ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Environment: the space is generally wide enough to fit everyone with ample space for trainees to do their workout. 2 showers for usage.
Trainers: variety of trainers available who are always keen to help you with your form and pace. I'm guessing they will push a little harder as time goes by to help you with your fitness goals. There are usually 2 to 3 trainers overlooking per session - effort for quality assurance.
Location: conveniently located near the lrt and bus stops.
App booking: able to get the desired slots. No crazy fastest fingers first stressful competition

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The supportive trainers here really push you to get out of your comfort zone, but also give you a workaround if the struggle is real. It doesn’t get so crowded here. Smallest class I’ve been, there were probably only 5 of us. Location-wise, it’s good that it’s in a mall. You just have to bear the smell of bread especially as soon as you just got out of the gym haha!

Also, I thought joining the trial was enough, but I am now addicted to bettering myself with a long term membership! Thanks coaches for making the 45min hella tough and hella fun!

Besides being 5 min walk away from my house which is a huge bonus, I like how we get different sets of exercises every day and coaches have also been encouraging and personal as they constantly fix your posture and push you to go heavier. Definitely recommend to anyone who stays around Punggol area and prefers to follow a fixed set of timed exercises rather than figuring out on your own!

I love how they always push and encourage me to keep going whenever I feel like I can’t. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with any level of fitness experience.
