★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 days B2B training.. feels nice. There exercise program is well designed.
1st day was bit hard for me, was gasping for air, 2nd day could do better.
Most important is reasonable gap between 2 exercise repetition and 2 sets, too much rush also not nice, they have managed nice gap.
Also like other circuits 1 repetition than you run to another station, here you do 2/3 repetition than move to next station, i feel this is better.
So far feeling good.
