Late for 3 min only they just dont allow any people to enter the class, even I had explained to them I have a lot of experience in spinning class and familiar with the bike. I feel that other studios are better and have more flexibility. Overall, not a very good experience. Furthermore, the services provided are too bad. Not recommended.
B	Bao Fei Koh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went during a one week trial and I must say it’s one of the better training gyms out there. Once the workout starts, you’re into the mood and zone, and the instructor really pushes you to go further!
T	Titus Low on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym has the WORST management ever! I’m a frequent go-er of this kind of boutique gyms/ classes. Only R10T denies access even if I’m 2-3mins late and still charge me a fee of $25 ! Ridiculous!!! Highly UNRECOMMENDED! I’m already paying $300/ month for the monthly unlimited membership and I still have to pay for cancellation of classes / no show fees too. Can’t believe a gym has such policies. I don’t really leave google reviews but this has happened too MANY times for me to “ just let it go.” I’m sorry and I’m very disappointed with the service management and I don’t think I would recommend to my friends or patronise this gym again. Regarding to “sneaking my friend in” I had a friend who wanted to workout together. So I booked one slot through my membership package and the other through class pass. I literally paid twice and for the gym to accuse me of sneaking my friend in shows the kind of standards the management has. ??

I joined Alex’s Meta class and wow, he commanded the room and I have left properly worked out at the end of the class! Great tunes, awesome lighting, and great equipment and instructions. If you’re looking for a great place to get fit with a supportive instructor, Alex at R10T is your man!

Chelsea's safety briefing is very detailed when explaining how to use the various equipments and during the sets, she will meticulously check on first-timer to make sure that i am are not "lost". A big shout out to chelsea:)
J	Jonathan Chow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved everything about R10T - the space, its aesthetics, the people, the great vibe and energy. I did the Meta class with instructor Alex. The music was great and Alex had so much energy and really pushed all of us. We left the class feeling incredibly satisfied. I highly recommend trying R10T (especially Alex’s classes), going with a few friends and make new friends there too.

I’ve never felt like I was flying in a treadmill until I tried the one here. All the workouts are properly curated to target all major muscle groups. Also the people are super friendly and helpful, community vibes for sure. Lastly, they provide proper Kiehl’s set in the shower!!
