★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best cherry tart to date. Freshness of the cherries were undeniable. The owner was kind enough to squeeze in our order even though they are closed today.
The sablë tart base was light and fragrant. Each cherry was meticulously sliced, pitted and arranged on a fluff of Chantilly cream. There is no glaze on the cherries so you can fully enjoy the balance freshness and tartiness of the cherry.
Well worth every cent. Delish!
