Workers said their boss did not bring. Workers also never inform customers in advance so to have an offer and accept. Who's fault?

When ordering dry ban mian, make sure to mention precisely that you want the original otherwise they will charge you 80cents extra for pork strip version without telling you. When I asked about it, she (Bob hairstyle China lady) mention “this is how they are told by their boss”. Ordered a few times already and realised they have been charging incorrectly.
VERY DISHONEST SERVICE.
An alternative nicer ban main store, at tampines 844 but they don’t open during dinner time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is manned by two older Chinese ladies who openly snicker and laugh at customers' orders. A bigger issue is how they always get confused when taking orders, needing customers to repeat several times even when the orders are relatively basic. I've ordered a couple of times and I seriously doubt they differentiate between the different servings of noodles despite accepting the extra pay.
