Very good service ! Have been with them for more than a year.. I start to hear of them via Groupon which cost 25 dollars... I was surprise when they do the facial for me is really up to the standard even though I am using Groupon. I still recall after my facial session they just let me know if I am interested to buy their package with a price list and walk away with a smile for me to consider. No hard sell at all ! I went to a lot of those facial and spa shop using Groupon and very often the staff will bring you to a small room after the treatment and start asking me to buy this and that. once I rejected their package offer , their face will turn super black. In fact some of the shop do a lousy treatment when they know I am using Groupon. In face bar I have never feel anything uncomfortable at all, this is call good service! I always like to test those customer service and see their reaction if i keep rejecting their offer. if they can withstand it , it shows that they are professional because once you start to have promo you should expect some customers will not buy package. The staff in face bar has done a good job and continue to keep it up ! Will support and help to promote as well !
