one of the hardest places I've ever dealt with to make an appointment. Booked a month in advance and they canceled on me the day of. Severely understaffed

Their lash work & service is fantastic.. been with them for 8 months now.. but do take note to book your slot earlier as they are almost always fully booked! Worth the queue! highly recommend.

I’ve honestly been to a few places doing eyelash extensions.... but none come close to Blinkbar! I’ve had eyelashes that dropped after a day and gone within a week. But eyelashes done at Blinkbar... WOAH. It lasted me for more than a MONTH. I am honestly in love with their service and their workmanship. 10/10 !

Absolutely the worst booking system and front desk staff ever encountered. I made an appointment for 1:30pm, but due to the heavy rain the traffic was really bad, so I messages the staff to let them know that I will be running behind and if it is still okay to come. They continue to tell me it’s fine to be dropped off at 2pm, and when I got to the lash bar, the staff there said my appointment was already cancelled because I was late for more than 10 minutes. I was never informed that I shouldn’t come anymore because they have other appointments later. Their booking staff continue to encourage me to get to their store and ended up wasting my time. There is absolutely ZERO communication between the people taking in appointments and the staff at the store have no conflict solution skills whatsoever. The overall experience is just frustrating!

I personally had my lashes done at Blinkbar! And all I can say is that I’m absolutely in love! The lash therapist was so gentle and reassuring! She was very thorough in her explanations on the various types of lashes. And after hearing what I preferred, she gave me suggestions too. The whole experience was great! I highly recommend everyone to give it a try! You definitely won’t be disappointed! I am officially a lash convert :)

Been doing lashes with them for a while and I can tell the difference with their work and other salon. Their lashes are soft and long lasting! Highly recommended! They are very full so be sure to book in advance! <3 cheers
