The Teck Whye outlet has "grown" into a cosy, go to quick shop, even in the middle of the night....?? This outlet looks "classy" although its not so big??

Small but recently renovated with cold store meat section. 24 hours a plus point for consumers.

Good service but always has problems with paying machine and jackfruit 2 times bought already turn bad ? Went back to NTUC ,there is an offer for vacuum cleaner but no stock....at least put a sign saying that it is out of stock, will resume selling when?...date and time. We purposely bought... up to $60+ , on purpose to buy that vacuum cleaner but in the end no stock, and the NTUC SUPERVISOR WITH HER THICK SKIN FACE, NEVER EVEN APOLOGISE BUR SAYING" COME BACK TOMORROWLAH, AND BUY AgainLAH"...SO THAT MEANS we have to fork out another $25 in a single receipt just for the vacuum.she says..."yeslah,come againlah,buy againlah"... she ghinks money grows on gree...so bad of her. Tofay go back to NTUC yeck whye, alreadu scan item but the one who was tbere do not have trust in customer and again check my item if I already scan the tissue paper , all this people gave bad reviews to customer...feel sad since 1985 already shopped with NTUC, very bad service these days???

New, clean and food items are fresh. Shop assistants are friendly and helpful. Walking aisles are not too narrow. They've increased their variety over the years - now you can find homeware and books here.

The aisles are wide enough to move around and the selection of groceries have grown more diverse. However, this neighbourhood in Teck Whye consists of a higher number of elderly, in addition to a retiree’s centre nearby. Hence, some of the elderly find difficulties summing up the price of all their groceries or reading packages and price tags. One suggestion is to implement a calculator or a machine that may tally up the groceries’ final price. Or possibly implement any other aid that may be of help to these people. Thank you!

Recently renovated so the aisles have gotten wider and easier to navigate with the crowd. Can get very busy in the mornings with many shoppers and their trolleys. Great variety of products despite small size. Had several unpleasant encounters with unhelpful staff and them being rude in general. Would be a great place to work at since supervisors side with staff even when they make mistakes. Half-hearted apologies and disappointing customer service. Rather go to Sheng Siong or Prime nearby, the staff are friendlier and more willing to assist and generally better-trained to make your shopping experience great. Oh, not going to add a photo because I saw a staff shouting at a customer for taking pictures in the store when they could had politely asked them to stop instead. Apparently they do not allow photo-taking in stores.

Have promotion of purchase with purchase but don't have stock of the item. Good thing I ask first if they have stock. Then I asked the Chinese Auntie that they shouldnt display it because don't have stock. "She said the customer must asked lah" what if I purposely spend $25 so that I can avail of the promo then end up it's out of stock. That will be frustrating right? Staff their must be thought of good customer service. Very arrogant! ??
