Bad service from the uncle, he will say bad things and humiliate you without even care there's customer or people walk past the shop. You have to respect customer or else you will see your hard work just gone like that. I hope there will be a new bicycle shop in your area so that you will learn to respect customer. After seeing those reviews by the customer given, its proof that this shop owner and the lady really have a bad attitude. Just ask yourself, who will want to support you if this is the treatment you give ? Thank you and i hope my review here will give you both a wide smile everyday and night ?
B	Boring SG Husband on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t bother coming to this bicycle shop. If you are looking bike parts, repair or services, they charge unreasonably. If you are planing to buy a bike, Decathlon or most Carousell seller provides better bike selection & customer service. I’ve went to ask for service to remove front derailleur with cable already removed, want to charge me $30 for 5mins work & sarcastically offered to sell me chain breaker for $38. Saying that he buys tools, must make $. So be ready to pay good money for their service. You decide if you to waste your time with them, whom seems more interested in replying google reviews than running a heartland bike shop.

U	Un Prophete on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what an amazingly honest shop!!! I didn't buy my bicycle from them. Went there to fix my caliper but he instead of making money out of me , he taught me how to fix it. Now I know how to tweak my own disc brakes. He also never onced told me to buy a bike from him but instead advised me how to maintain a bike I didn't buy from him. He is highly intelligent when it comes to bicycles. The uncle has a witty humor, he's not being condescending, he is just a smart man with funny jokes. For me personally I can deal with intelligent humour. If not u complain to the aunty lol. I felt like I was talking to my own uncle and aunty. I tried Bangkit shop which is the worst experience of my life. I rather to to this shop Highly recommended!
L	Lau Quanhan (Kwanhan) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a pair of Trinx Z5s via Whatsapp Business chat with Auntie and she was warm and professional throughout the entire process. She helped to check what colours were left in the warehouse and also agreed to help me install accessories like the bottle cage and the mudguards. Uncle even helped to modify the mudguards such that they were not too far from the wheel. The entire ordering process went smoothly with photographs of the assembled bicycles sent before payment was made. Thereafter, Auntie helped to arrange for delivery, going out of her way to check with her alternative delivery partner in order to suit my schedule. On the morning of delivery a video was sent documenting the gear performance. Lastly, the bicycles were delivered in pristine condition and on time. I would highly recommend getting your rides from Alywincycle!

The uncle an aunty are amazing people For those who left comments claiming, they only treat you well if u buy a bike from them, that's absolute B.S. Best shop in the west
P	Perry Charles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience with them was pretty good considering my bike was bought from them. Honored their words of providing after service when I brought it back recently to tune the front/rear derailleurs as it had trouble engaging the gears. However if you prefer to bring your own bike there (not purchased from them) then its only reasonable you pay for his services, everyone needs to make a living after all. The lady boss can be quite crude and ask if the bike is really from them (even with the decal) cause I've swapped out some of the original accessories(bottle holder and bell) but small issue as she might be just trying to strike a conversation. Their attitude might come off as rough for some people but they are just being direct, had a good chat with the uncle too, thanks once again!

After looking online I found this shop which is near to my place so went to look at the models they had. The lady after dealing with a customers who was already there for some repairs asked how she can help. After trying out some models I finally settled on this one. Overall I found them straight forward and nice to deal with and happy with the service they provided.
