★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Fairprice replaces the one at Potong Pasir CC. The floor area is slightly bigger, but the variety of products are about the same. Many items are not available. They have wasted quite a bit of space on tidbits. It’s a big disappointment for people who stay nearby. They have been waiting for a bigger store to replace the one at the CC. Thus, in the mean time they have to travel to NEX to buy all the groceries. The only plus is it has turned 24 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NTUC outlet here at Poiz opened 24hrs. Just like any other NTUC you can find all your necessities in this store. The store is not very big but neatly placed and stacked. Staff here are also helpful and friendly. It quite useful to have a 24hr essential store in this HDB neighbourhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient n is in Potong Pasir itself. Go there every 2weeks once or twice. Fair price Poiz has quite alot of stuff in there. Things are fresh n good. I like buying over here. The customer service is good. Price is reasonable too. U can use your different rebate cards fr Monday to Thursday. Opened 24/7

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New supermarket which has opened close to another much smaller fair price. Was quiet and well stocked when visited. Not as big as ones found in major shopping centre. Has mainly self checkout and quite a bit of alcohol which is surprising. Open until 11pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service from the cashier counter. My pregnant wife was with my 16 month old son to make a quick purchase at Ntuc Poiz. She by accident picked the wrong product to pay and requested a short time to make the switch. Instead of helping her which is fine, the cashier lady made her pay for the other items first, CANCEL the wrong order. Made her queue again to buy the correct product. Bear in mind she is pregnant and had to manage an active 16 month old kid. How ridiculous can she be? Making the customer queue twice? What’s the rational out of that? When it only takes a minute for the product exchange yet my wife have to re-join another queue. There’s no empathy at all on this, definitely a bad experience here.
