The colour tuned out totally different colour and what designer explained was the colour get faded sonand itβll be okay. Does it make a sense this explanation and excuse that she made wrong colour mix? not professional at all.

β β β β β I had gotten a wave perm a few days earlier from another place and just went here for a trim. The guy thought my hair was naturally curly so he completely ironed it out. I thought it was a temporary thing to calm down my unruly hair for a better cut. However when I went home I noticed my hair stunk of chemicals so washed it thoroughly and all my curls were gone. Never came back. A couple days later I went to another salon and they told me they thought the hairdresser tried to permanently straighten my hair because there were slight hints of a perm which usually happens when trying to undo a strong curls. And the guy cut my hair short on the inside and longer on the outside. What theβ¦?
