★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give a zero or even negative stars if I could. How can a printing shop charge a customer money if they are the one who can’t get the printing format correct? As said by other customers, they don’t have a computer as well. Horrible services and product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ratings should be NEGATIVE 5 stars. WORST photocopy shop I ever visited. The shop is run by PRC sales women who are out to milk your money if you are desperate for last minute printing services. Definitely a "black shop" to avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service; staff speak in mandarin to complain about you when they think you don't understand; printer takes bloody long to get the pages out; they don't have a computer in-house so the staff can't even check if the file will print correctly; the boss leaves before I've had a chance to review the printouts and when I saw they left out a file, they said she already left and so they can't do anything.
Suffice to say, these people shouldn't be offering a service if they can't deliver it in full.
Disgusted to the max.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with the other commenter. This is definitely a "black shop". It is run by PRC women who charge sky-high prices. They even charged me for a blank page.
They even pretended that the USB port on the printer isn't working, and so you're forced to borrow their computer, and that costs $3.

50cents is the market price since I know of other shops with that price.
There are no additional prices if printing from USB. So bring along a USB.
I know it's not the best but I don't think it's the worst. Have a nice day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please never ever go to this scam store lol. Unless you are very desperate to print something else don’t. You have to save your docs in a thumbdrive if you wanna print and it will cost 50c per piece. If you don’t have and only can use email, it will cost $3 for emailing them lol. Haven’t even charge the printing ya. What a joke seriously. And I needed to buy a cardboard box, guess what they gave me? They offered me their “used” cardboard boxes and have the audacity to charge me $2 for a used broken box?! seriously hahaha? I needed it so urgently and just bought 5 of it at $10 :) really is scam lol, I don’t mind getting it at 50c but $2?!?? Some more it is used and with broken edges from some cny toy packaging they find from their “storeroom” LOL hahaha I don’t know to laugh or cry. Bye

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking. Lady didn't even understand long edge binding. Printed wrongly and she took a long time to cancel. As a result, there is an extra set of wrongly formatted notes in colour. Still dare to ask me how I am going to settle it? Treating this as an expensive lesson. Hopefully my money spent was worth it for her to remember what is long edge binding and avoid messing up another customer's order.
