Quoted us wrongly TWICE, indirectly told us to either take the new quoted amount or leave it.
Second time she misquoted us, she blamed it on us, when we already did our part of sending the artwork for her reference and accurate quoting. Not only did she not see our artwork and misquote us, she sneakily placed the revised quotation at the bottom of the email, together with the confirmation of print - so dishonest!
Worst experience ever, don't ever engage in their services because it's a waste of time.
