Dr. Ali explained well before my wisdom tooth extraction and it was really fast and smooth. Ms. Hana at the reception is knowledgeable and approachable.

Update 020122 - still no followup even though customer service said that they will before the end of the year (2021) Updated 061121 - Called one day before the scheduled appointment to double check my appointment. Thank god i called because the appointment was cancelled without even me knowing because my doctor left the clinic… call centre did give an explanation but shouldnt the call centre or customer service be the one who contacted me before i contacted them?? Talking about contacting them. First called the dental outlet number and i have to hold for 30min. They must be having it tough since the ppl queuing to complain must be skyrocketing. Then they redirected me to another number for customer service but that number cant even go through. In the end i went to google the number myself. Great job wasting my time but i gotta say its probably not the clinic frontdesk’s fault but the team managing the appointment some where higher up? So i waited 2 months to wait even longer yayyyyyyyyyyy . It will be great if the customer service at least give advance notice on delay. Yet another let down. Saw very good review on another doctor, maybe dr marzali can save the day :(? ======================================================== Visited this place for years. Most of the things is fine… except for waiting time. Staff do try to be friendly as possible with customer running out of patience. In general, the experience with the staff here was good. Sometime time efficient sometime not. Usually need to wait for awhile before going into the room, on average i will say its around 30-60min waiting? Had to wait 2 hours on 2 occasions so.. be prepare to wait. If you stay near can call first

Very detail and patient dentist Dr. Marzali!! Strongly recommend. Reasonable charges as well! The staff are very friendly and helpful
