Unreliable, unresponsive fan

Airstream Fan are nicely designed. Very windy.

Very terrible service. call 2-3 days to their service hotline, nobody answer the call. We are their dealer, normally wont keep stock for new fan supplier, because worry about sales services & their price is damnly high. Indeed the problem did come true, terrible service, ask them for a lightkit for the new fan, told us is spare part and usual price $60, now want to charge us $90 somemore no delivery service and have to self collection from their office. warn those house buyer, don't buy ceiling fan with this dishonesty fan supplier

Fanztec DC Ceiling Fan (GR) LED Pros: - works well for almost 3 years. Cons: -big speed gap between speed no. 1, 2 and 3; -A soft ticking sound could be heard from the fan; -remote control faulty when nearing warranty; -after 2.5 years unable to turn off the light using the remote control and unable to turn on the fan; -in the end change a new fan.

Bought the Fanztec f16 corner ceiling fan. First batch after using few weeks , it started giving out funny noises. Sounded like some machine buzzing sound. Called fanztec up and was quite happy that they came by in a few days time and had the fan replaced. However, shortly after 2 weeks of using the newly replaced fan. Intermittent sound started again but was bearable till 3 mths later, it started getting louder and more frequent. Sounded like some metal hitting against each other during each right swing. Same thing called them up, technician came by, after confirming the fan has issues, he wanted to bring the fan back to repair which will leave us with no fan. Subsequently, came by another day with a replacement fan. The technician told me in embarrassment that the new replacement fan is a defect too. The fan could not even start up after fixing up. In the end, they took the replacement fan back. After a day not hearing from them, rang them up to check the status of fan replacement. To find out that they will repair the “ replacement fan” before bringing it back to replace my faulty fan. Sounded very wrong over here. Replacing a faulty fan with a faulty fan that requires repair. In the end I concluded, this is a lousy fan. $420 for a lemon. Looks good but rubbish. Worst than those stand fan that at least $80 can last 6 months to a year before breaking down. Giving it a 2 star because the staff is friendly. Orelse would give it none.

Is a correct place to get spare part.
