β β β β β Bad experience with the sales personnel, PeiYing. She was unresponsive to emails and even had integrity issues. In the images below, I had questioned her and requested her to forward an email that she claimed was sent but I didn't received. However, when she sent the forwarded email, it is actually a forged email. As you can see from the different color of the text I had pointed out in red, usually the color of the text will be different after you reply an email but here in her forwarded email, it is the same. Also, when you reply to an email, there will be a horizontal line to separate the conversations, you can also see in the image that the horizontal lines is totally different in color and length. This kind of attitude and service really puts me off.
