Better to order in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small retail shop which cannot compared to the Far East Floral at THomson Road, but it stocks Roses and other common items that suits the festive season. Quiet and tuck at one corner near to the basement car park entrance. The lone lady was very busy with her work inside and I just took the liberty to check out the shops and the items on sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Screwed up online ordering system. After selecting the flowers, personalizing my selections and keying in credit card details, I got bounced back to the ordering page after I pressed confirm.
Called the hotline only to be told that they have no stocks. why can’t they indicate that earlier before I wasted 20mins making the selections. The worst thing was the person on the phone was unapologetic and unhelpful and even told me to go get another florist?!! what kind of customer service is this.
Seriously, their floral arrangements are not that great anyway. Their outdated style definitely can’t compare to the new modern arrangements at those newer and younger florists so thanks for the suggestion, I’ll definitely look elsewhere from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a deluxe grand opening flower stand for a friend’s shop. It was delivered one day before the actual day. When I visited the shop, I was very disappointed. The flowers were poorly arranged. They looked tiny and scattered. There were more greens than flowers and as a result, the stand looked untidy and bushy. It looked especially ugly from behind, as if the greens/leaves had dropped on the floor and someone had picked up and anyhow put them back.
To make things worse, some of the balloons started to deflate.
When I gave my feedback on its Instagram , I was told that they wanted to make it right, publicly. However, they have since taken down the post and no further action has been taken thus far.
I will never ever buy flowers from this shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tucked away in a corner of the City Square Mall, this florist outlet is an easy to miss place, but i hope it catches your eye like it did mine. It has a good selection of 'emergency flowers' - the kind you need when you are running late and need a little something for someone.
They have readymade bouquets, some on discount even, and also a decent selection of fresh flowers if you want to create a bouquet with your special picks. Customer service is always polite and from the many times I have gone there, i can definitely recommend you to drop by!

Beautiful colour, well bloom and nicely wrapped.
Reasonable price.
However, I was slightly disappointed to see the wrapper got crumble.
