β β β β β The teachers are nice but admin work is so bad. Teacher does not proactively share information. When there are issues, they would explain later after the fact. There were so many times restrictions, conditions and terms are also not fully disclosed before you paid the fee. When there were consequences due to their communication problem, they offered no help, but saying this is what it is, very different from how they speak with you to convince you to sign up.
You should not expect such nonprofessional and poorly organized school at this price. Advise the parents not to sign up this school especially when there are many other art schools providing similar programs with same quality but better service.

β β β β β Due to covid restrictions, my kid unable to attend all the physical classes. I already choose to foreit my balance 4 classes for my kid for the term. And want to get back my refundable deposit, but was told that I need to take another 4 classes in the new term to qualify to get back the deposit. Parents beware.
