Farm Florist - 39A Jln Pemimpin

Bought at extremely late notice (2 days) and delivered on time, flowers also fresh. I have no qualms with that and and am very satisfied. However, I do have issues with their outsourced delivery agent. My deliveryman seemed to not know how to enter my condominium, and thoroughly gave me a rude start to my morning if anything. He came ringing my gate twice even after I had opened it. Props to him for declaring himself as Lalamove but was uncalled for anyway. Proceeded to come up and loudly banged at my door like I owed him money, and that's where I really lost it. I bought a mothers' day bouquet as a present and they managed to wake my entire family up on a Sunday morning. Amazing. I guess this is how they manage to offer 24/7 next day deliveries but then you would be taking your luck of the draw depending on your delivery guy. I've seen other posts detailing their flowers ruined during delivery due to mishandling, and I really cannot recommend this to anyone solely due to this fact. (Also their delivery tracking doesn't seem to work at all)

Received on 27/6/22 flowers from Farm Florist, was disappointed with stale flowers, of all flowers, only 1 flower is fresh….really ‘Make my Day’! Instead of happy if receiving it, it really make you sad….☺️?

Ordered from Farm Florist a Bouquet for Valentine's Day. Delivery timing is 9am to 5pm. At 6pm, the delivery has yet to arrive. I checked with Farm Florist and was told that they were overwhelmed by orders and bad traffic, causing the delay (ok, understandable). At 7.17pm, the delivery still hasn't arrived, I WhatsApp again to check on the delivery. At 7.39pm, I got a reply saying that the driver is "nearing me". At 8.41pm, there is still no sign of the Bouquet, I check again with Farm Florist and that is when they stop replying. At around 10.11pm when I have given up and wanted to keep my slippers before going to bed, I saw the Bouquet, just left at my door step without any intention of notifying me that the item is here. By far the worst florist I have ordered from.

Ordered the "FELICITY" bouquet for my sis-in-law. It was beautifully done and flowers were fresh. You could tell that the florist took a lot of care in putting it together. Good quality for a reasonable price! They are also very understanding in processing some changes in order request. Very pleased at the overall experience. Definitely looking forward to ordering more in future! <3 <3 <3

Found this florist online while searching for a bouquet for our anniversary. Unfortunately there was some delay on the delivery due to flowers not arrived at Farm Florist on time. I thought it was good that they informed me as I had selected 9am to 12nn for the delivery. The bouquet arrived about 12.45pm. Despite arriving slightly late, the roses looks great and fresh. Most importantly, my fiancée love it. Hope you guys will keep up the good customer service and flower quality ! Thanks Farm Florist!!

This bouquet was sent on Mother's Day (08 May 2022) for me by my son through Farm Florist. It was terrible. It made both myself and my son so upset. On one hand, he was trying to surprise me as this is the first time he used his saving to order a bouquet for me. But on the other hand, Farm Florist ruined the day. The flowers were not fresh and looked dry and withered. The arrangement looked so different from what was posted in the website. The delivery guy just knocked on my door, left the bouquet on the floor outside and walked away. When we opened the door, he was already 2 doors away and he did not even turned around to take a look. I have made complaint on their various platforms - 2 whatsapp number, FB messenger, website chatbox... Once through one of the whatsapp number they asked for my order number. After I replied and it was subsequently all silence... No acknowledgement, no reply at all... Terrible product, irresponsible delivery service and bad complaint response and no service recovery. The price may be cheap but that means their cheap service too. It will embarass you if you send such flowers to anyone you trying to impress.

I ordered these for my wife and mother in law …. Collected yesterday and super happy with the arrangements. I’m sure both women will be happy when receive them. Thank you FARM florist for the reasonably priced and wonderful bouquet/arrangement.

Found this florist online while searching from the UK, so I could send a fruit & flower basket as a gift to friends in Singapore. The gift I ordered was delivered quickly & was exactly as advertised. My friend was delighted & sent me a photo. It looked lovely, the fruit & flowers clearly good quality & beautifully arranged. Excellent service.
