★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they didn’t email me or notify me that there was no stock for the flower i ordered until i messaged them. delivery time slot was 9am-5:30pm. messaged them at 5:45pm asking for status of my order only for them to tell me “ Refunded “ “ No stock “ is it not general knowledge and common sense to let your customers know if there’s no stock so they can order from another place instead? order received? really disappointed and never getting from here again because of how irresponsible this shop is. surprise got ruined because flowers didn’t come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when other florists are unable to accept my last minute order and delivery for the day during Covid19 HA (22 Jul to 18 Aug), Little Flower Hut was my savior. Not only were they friendly but very efficient in advising the products and pricing. managed to order baby hampers for our fellow colleagues who had twins borned on 22 Jul 2021. it was truly a lucky and blessed day for our company. We give you 5 stars for your efforts and efficiency. Keep up the good works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible when you indicated for the flowers to be delivered between 9am to 530pm and it is still not here yet as of now at 540pm?! And we have to rush for our dinner appointment which is at 6pm. What kind of service is this? And the flowers are for my mum and it’s her birthday today. Never coming back here to order flowers again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received hamper with diaper from 2019. That is not the issue. Called to ask but they pushed the issue to diaper manufacturer. What?? It is not the manufacturer who purchased or packed the hamper. You don't even know the shelf life of the items that you are selling? Terrible. Have had better experiences with other hamper suppliers. If anyone needs a recommendation, do contact me. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the services, I arranged by bouquet to arrived from 9 to 530 but it arrived at 545pm and the flower are not fresh and did not even last for at least 5 days. If you want something that delivers on time and fresh flower that last and worth your money, this is not that place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a mix up with my initial order for Valentines day. Some items were missing. I contacted the company and within 24 hours they did send my original order! Now my girlfriend had 2 flowers deliveries back to back. Thank you very much for handling the issue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ling and Mr Heng from Little Flower Hut have made our wedding so memorable and adds colour and happiness to the photos taken in both ballroom and solemnisation room. Every guests was singing praises of the flowers during our wedding. They coordinated with Mandarin Oriental after we confirmed our agreement one week before our wedding. Truly good service and great results!
