Through this 23 days, it taught me to love my body, health and overall well being by the food we put into ourselves. I was skeptical at first, but was quickly astonished to see my weight dropping just by adopting an approach to eating Real Food! I lost 8kg in just 23 days! It was not as hard as I thought it would be. Most importantly through the process, I found it to be educational and insightful and know that it is not an uphill task for anyone who chooses to be healthy. Our health had been abused and at the mercy of a ruthless environment where false marketing and social pressure had consumed us. I now know that there are some concious decisions we can make for ourselves and our love ones. It's about putting together a sustainable way of life. Thanks Farmz Asia for this amazing journey! Its just the beginning of greater things to come.

I never imagined myself drinking so much water and I love that I have cultivated the habit of drinking water first thing in the morning. My journey has been an enjoyable experience and I am grateful to have both my family’s support and Farmz Asia … Team Angel has also been very responsive throughout the journey and I am indeed thankful for their dedication! The best part of this, is that if you have sugar cravings, it will all be fixed as you'll be making your own nut milk for dinner in the 3rd Phase, which was always the best part of my day. The Angelz were very helpful and supportive throughout the program so please don't be shy to query anything you're unsure of in your journey.

After reading my wonderful testimonies of people who have done it, I decided to take the plunge, hoping to lose a few kilos which has always been a challenge for me. I truly appreciate the support of Ceymone, the dietitian assigned to me n the constant support I get from my angel, whoever you are. God bless you. That really helps me to keep on course to finish my program as 23 days without meat is really long, being a foodie. ? Anyway I finally completed my program and am very happy to say I have lost 6kilos and most importantly, feeling great n have been sleeping better. Many of my friends who saw me are so interested to know more about the program. It was also great that i learnt how to make my own oatmilk each week - no more store bought milk for me! Realised also that taking cold juices (that are made from fresh and nutritious vegetables and fruits) is perfectly fine even when my stomach never used to take too well to too much cold drinks - so it's important to know what is ingested. What made the whole 23-day detox journey so easy to fulfill was the clear instructions and close guidance from Farmz and the Angels! Thank you very much!
C	Clara Toh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful journey going through the Revival program with my hubby some months ago ..really great to go through the detox .. even if we didn’t lose much weight, we’ve adopted healthier diet and juicing and ample vegetable & fruits have become staples for the whole family (I’ve adopted a largely vegan diet since 2 years) and this is great. Farmz sells great healthy foods such as nuts, sourdough bread & crackers, spreads , also non caffeinated teas… all super yummy! I just collected the extra virgin olive oil and really love love love its rich taste! This is how real EVOO should taste! Have signed up MLC & the Fukugen method & really looking forward to more positive transformation of our lives!

It also taught me to be kind to myself by consuming food in a very healthy and discipline way and made me aware how important to take our last meal before 7 pm and sleep before 11 pm. I also learnt about plant based food during the journey and realised that by chewing slowly and avoid taking solid and liquid food at the same time will prevent bloating. I never thought that I could make my own juice and the best part is that I love the nut milk very much and look forward to it even after the Detox program. This 2 days course I learn Mark new Fukugen Method - non stop learning & growing even in the 60's. Great Health & Juicing mentor. Really facinated by his practical methods which is more sustainable after weight loss. The incredible recipes make my meals interesting & delicious.
