This place supplies frozen seafood such as smoke salmon n frozen packet soup to hotel restaurants. The public loves to come here to get stuff esp during festive season.The public are allowed into the fridge to get the frozen, very unique experience, be prepared to dress up with winter wear before go in, they also provide the winter wear but I find the wear is not clean, worn by too many ppl. I always get their 1kg sliced salmon which is kind of value for money. The frozen soup is great, clam chowder is a must get.

I’ve been purchasing at Fassler’s warehouse retail during the pre-CNY period for the past few years. I always go back because I like their products. Unfortunately today’s experience was pretty disappointing. I understand that things can get pretty hectic during the weekend walk-ins and the lady boss seemed quite overwhelmed. Firstly, my items were keyed in wrongly at checkout and the 10% walk-in discount wasn’t factored in too. When I returned to clarify with her, she did acknowledged the wrong items and was also surprised that she missed out on the discount. After waiting for awhile while they served the crowd, I got the refund for the items but when I nicely asked about the discount she sounded so exasperated and repeated that she would have to re-key the whole receipt (complained that POS was wonky cause some wifi issues). Eventually I dismissed the discount and left. While I’m not upset about the money (we did spend >$150 there on regular priced items), I’m peeved that I was made to feel like I was being an inconvenience when it wasn’t my mistake. No apologies after. I guess they could have been better prepared for the crowd this year to avoid such hectic mess.

Wide variety of frozen foods, I usually buy smoked salmon (I think cheaper than Ntuc or Cold Storage), mini sausages, onion rings, calamari rings, & other finger foods for parties. Now there's 10% for walk-in purchases. If you intend to buy more, remember to bring a sweater or coat, it's freezing cold?

There was discount for sashimi and another discount on top of that. So i could spent extra on that jumbo crab meat too. Sashimi platter was not bad at all. Especially the octopus, it was so tasty and not rubbery. Their delivery isn't third party which is great! Delivered to hotel address cos i wanted to have sashimi with friends, very accomodating. Contacted me for details and also after it was left off at the concierge. Only thing was I didnt know the jumbo crab was in a can. I had to bring it back home cos no can opener haha. And the soya sauce packet wasn't enough. I think only 5, had to dip bit by bit. Else everything was good! Will order again. ??

My go to place to order sashimi platter! Great for potlucks and gatherings. Most of my friends and family whom have tried commented it is good and fresh. It's is also reasonably priced at $95 for 1kg including and get $10 off if it is your first order. They have other frozen seafood products and soup as well. Recommended!
