From past experience, Zairyo’s customer service is excellent when they are receiving a bouquet. But when it’s a situation where it’s a complaint…. they’ll give you the most sarcastic reply. Reading through some past reviews, it seems like I’m not the only customer whose experienced the dark side. Clearly, the standard of service from Zairyo has deteriorated over the past 1-2 years.

I ordered their Buri Teriyaki Fillet, Hamachi Kama, Black Wild-caught Cod and Saba Teriyaki Fillets. All of which were easily on-par with some of the best restaurants out there. My favorite was the Black Cod, which really had that velvety texture and buttery flavor. Highly recommended!
