A	A Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Movers lost a key to my metal document cabinet. Since it was locked I had to ket a locksmith to drill open cabinet and replace the lock. Cost 80 SGD. Company refused to pay for it. Admin staff very unapologetic.

It took sometime how the issue was resolved by Rodex despite being a Saturday afternoon and more employees joined to ensure that the move was completed within the day. We have now used Rodex twice and have been very happy both times.

The packers arrived promptly on both days, completed their packing efficiently, moved our boxes and unpacked our furniture without any damage. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr Roger Kweh from the Sales Department. He always attended to our queries and helped smooth over any operational issues in an effective and timely manner. We would definitely use Rodex Movers again and recommend it to our friends and family.
