I have engaged KNT movers for a move from jurong East to sengkang. The officer I liaise with, Ms Sandy was responsive and efficient. She also did her best to cater to my changing requests and facilitated a smooth and easy move. In addition I was also pleasantly suprised that the workers actually handcarried the boxes into my home instead of using a trolley. Even though it must have been difficult to do that, they did it fast and efficient. Overall, I would rate this a great service

When we decided to move a house, we made a few inquiries to many movers and KNT was the first one to reply.The initial email to make the reservation was little wordy and needed to be read carefully, but KNT was responsive and answered questions well. On the moving day, I have to admit there are still some things needed to be packed. I purchased the service of doing my own packing, so packing was not their job at all, but the KNT people helped me with that, especially the Team Lead person was willing to help. Thank you very much KNT Movers! We will engage your service again in the future for sure.

The team at KNT did a really good job with the move. The sales team were quick to respond and gave an honest quote with no hidden costs. The moving team arrived on-time and were careful when packing and moving items. The team were very professional in their service but were also happy to chat and take suggestions. Overall it was a really good experience, I would use them again!

The crew members have totally exceed our expectations. They were on time, very fast and efficient. All our stuff were moved out within an hour. Many thanks to the sales, Harry, for always reachable, responsive and he provided me the cheapest quotes amongst all the other movers. Best value and best service. Harry even offered me further discount from the original quotes. I’d definitely recommend KNT for your moving needs.

Tried their service for the first time and was wary of some of the not so great reviews - was pleasantly surprised. Customer service was helpful in providing quote and accommodating requests for last minutes boxed - new boxes promptly upon request with other packing materials which was very helpful. Movers were on time on moving day - special thanks to Steven and team! They were very efficient - everything was nicely wrapped before you know it. Team was also careful with my things and was helpful in the unloading phase in following directions and unloading boxes to the correct rooms. Overall - would recommend again!

I had a horrible experience with KNT Movers. I was doing a wipe down for my furniture after they shifted my stuffs and left the place. I was in shock that my study desk was in very bad conditions. Apparently they broke the table legs while moving and was trying to fix it with whatever tools they had with them. Leave alone with the poor and awful carpentry work, the behavior is totally not acceptable for a professional mover company. It is lack of integrity and completely dishonest. I called their admin guy and he went to clarify with the movers. The movers claimed that they was trying to fix it out of good intention because they saw the table was not stable. I was shocked by the movers' comments as they denied the facts and tried to push the blame. It took two weeks to get the small compensation and the experience dealing with them was slow and unpleasant because they offered to fix it at the first place instead of compensating. The only pleasant thing was that the admin guy was very helpful, he was responsive and was trying his best to resolve the issue. I do understand that there is risk of breaking while moving, i am totally fine with being honest and move on. However, i was so disappointed with KNT Movers and they should provide trainings to the mover for at least be honest. Note: I have attached 4 photos - 1 is the normal table leg that is not broken and the other 3 are the poor carpentry work they did it creepily in the truck

Harry, sales representative, and mover team lead by Mr. Chau did an excellent job in assisting in our move from Woodlands to Fernvale on 20 June 2022. The move was fast and efficient, with the move team providing creative solutions in packing, unpacking and piano move into study room. Highly recommend KNT for moving.
