Got to be one of the best Soya Bean Drinks and Tau Huay ive ever tasted! Dont be fooled by the name, they sell a very tasty Soya Bean that is traditionally made! Highly recommend!

Came back to relive my poly days where my friends and I would walk out of Temasek a polytechnic to grab a cup of honeydew sago. Managed to find them again agter5they relocated. Happy to say that this legendary drink still tastes the same. Best drink on a hot day.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service provided by Fat Cat Bubble Tea. When were placing our regular orders, the worker told us that the “ice blended” drinks were not available. Rather than indicating on his menu (something he is obliged to do as a worker), or at least telling us which were not available, he left us baffled which drinks could be bought, which included a wide range from smoothies to milkshakes. When we inquired whether other drinks could be bought, instead of apologizing for not selling our choice of drink, he derided us for not knowing what ice blended drinks meant. To compound the matter, after we had reordered, the worker suddenly lashed out at my sister in a harsh tone for crowding the stall as a group of 3, blaming her that he would be fined $1000 for non enforcement of social distancing regulations on his patrons. Given that the menu offered an assortment of choices, I do not think it is unreasonable for us to take a few seconds to have a cursory glance at the menu, which was in small font. I find this both preposterous and absurd that having done nothing out of the ordinary, we were treated with such wanton contempt. Is it justified to have fears of losing profits due to non compliance to social distancing? Absolutely, and I do not blame him at all. But it is reasonable to blow it out of proportions and take it out on my sister? She has been facing depression and has been harboring this issue for close to a week now, even experiencing suicidal tendencies. A more tactful approach to the matter, like reminding us of safe distancing would have easily solved his insecurities (if there was reason to have any in the first place). While it may not seem much to him, it has certainly brought much emotional trauma to my sister who feels an overwhelming sense of hurt and injustice, and understandably so. I have bought from this store for over a year, but now, I am no longer willing to patronize such a business. I would much rather buy from the other bubble tea shop next door, than from a business which stands for such egregious values, and treats its customers with a dearth of respect and sensitivity, cardinal values I assume would be expected of any business.
