To be fair, it was ok. Black pepper sauce was nice and chicken chop didnt look good but tasted great. Love that it has variety with coleslaw, fries and fried bun. Filled my tummy well.

I wanted to order the 3 piece fried chicken but the staff said its not available. So i ordered take away crunchy chicken while my wife ordered crunchy fish. We were surprised food was ready within 5 mins. Turns out the food is not freshly hot at all. Very unhappy over my hard earned money paid for such quality. Not going to patronise this kind of business again.

i ordered 1 crispy chicken...and 1 crispy chicken with rice via grabfood from the sengkang west ave outlet...the order came 2 cajun chicken and 1 no rice...the order was totally wrong...i ordered at 9.50pm..their closing time is 10pm....if the item is not available, they should have started a chat with me and told me item is unavailable insted of just packing a random order...they did it deliberately as the rider send the correct order no...the fries was hard as rock and the cajun chicken was tasteless...pls look into this of this restaurant deliberatelt packing wrong order for customers...this is not the first time they are doing this...last time i am ordering from them

The bad reviews have kept me away from Fatty Bom Bom for almost two years. About once a month, I’d go to the Sheng Shiong nearby for groceries, and I would also tabao lunch from this coffee shop. Yesterday (Sat), I thought I’d give them a chance. After all, the pictures on the menu look really good. As it was already 2:10pm, and there were no other customers, the order was quickly prepared and everything went smoothly. When I got home and sat down to eat, my daughter quickly took a big bite. Then she noticed a green-black spot about the size of a 10-cent coin on the bread, right next to her first bite. It was mould…so she spat it out. She was really hungry so she ate the fries and fried fish instead. More than 24hrs have passed and I’m glad to report that she’s ok. No stomach upset or discomfort. But I won’t go back there again. When so many reviewers give them 1 or 2 stars, I should have heeded the advice to stay away. I hope this 1-star review will spur the owners/staff to do better. And until they do and the reviews improve, I’d advise you to stay away too.

Latest Review: The quality is back! See my second photo. The coleslaw is nice. Meat taste good now. Old review: Ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta. Was a regular last time at this outlet. The standard seems to drop after the change of chef or team. The food and service of previous team was much better. Mash Potato is cold. Chicken is hard or over cooked. No Cajun taste.

I always ordered on take-away. Given the beeper upon order and what I did was strolling around the area but sometimes the beepee won't reach till the supermarket area where I always go while waiting. I tried quite a number of menu at here, I come here whenever I am craving for western food. The taste was ok. A bit bigger portion because it is western food.

Jerry's Beef Burger They use macho cheese sauce for the burger instead of sliced cheese. The beef patty was so-so and I find it a shame to use cheese sauce for the burger. The fries was above average. Overall, it was not a satisfactory burger. I wouldn't patronise again.

Usually love their crunchy chicken. But today's had a lot of fats in it. There was coleslaw, mayonnaise with bun, wedges in the set with the chicken and it cost $7.90. We reached the shop at 11.22am. Staff were there and looked like they were ready for orders. But when we stood at the cashier, the guy said "we only open at 11.30am". A matter of 8 minutes. It's all about customer service I guess.
