β β β β β The Physio here is very experienced and managed to relief the lower back ache issue I encountered . Was given some advice on some simple exercises to strengthen . Am glad it's near my neighborhood too .

β β β β β I endured lower back pain and shooting pain down my left leg that affected my rest for about 2-3wks. When I finally saw the GP, he recommended a combination of medicine and physiotherapy to treat the pain effectively. The first consult at Rapha Physiotherapy was detailed, professional and competent. The physiotherapist effectively identified the 'root' of my lower back pain and treated it. After 1 session, my lower back pain was reduced! Before the next visit, they also gave me a customized set of exercises to perform, and emphasized the need to do these exercises regularly in order to maintain the pain relief. I followed their recommendations, and by the 2nd-3rd visit, I was pain free. I highly recommend Rapha Physiotherapy, as I find their services friendly, professional, affordable, and most importantly, effective.

β β β β β My wife was having knee pain from running. She was feeling disappointed and demoralised from running. I came across Rapha Physiotherapy from my cycling friends. Brought her there for consultation.
Wan xuan managed to loosen my wife knee cap and did a few strengthening exercises with her. After the session, my wife was able to run a 5km PB and she regain her confidence in running again.
Thank you Wan Xuan for getting her running better again.
