★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatty Ipoh Noodles is located just beside Chong Jia Food in Pasir Panjang Food Centre. The Stall is easily located with their signage illustrated by a cartoon Fatty with his mouth full of noodles.
Patrons will be given an electronic buzzer when their order is ready to pick up. The buzzer, too has the Fatty Cartoon indicating Fatty Ipoh Noodles's Stall.
The first mouthful of noodles brought us a surprise with the noodles packed with "Wok Hei" fragrant. The taste of noodles is consistent and
Not many places sell KL Braised Noodles in Singapore and thought this is one of the rare orders. KL Noodles are generally thicker in size and cooked to their savoury taste with dark sauce. The ingredients are similar to the Kway Teow Noodle with pork lean meat, vegetables and fishcakes.
Noodles were moist with a substantial amount of gravy. The plate of KL Braised Noodles was flavourful with a strong scent of "Wok Hei" Taste, furthermore with the fried pork lards adding to the authenticity of how such Malaysian Noodles should be dished out.
It is good to see the younger generation taking over the Hawker Stall and whipping up interesting dishes like this. The consistency of taste is there and we will be back again for more dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good! Husband and I had the Wat Dan Hor Fun and the KL noodles. Both were excellent. The KL noodles is really special esp with the lard! Both were chock full of ingredients. Definitely will return to try more of their items. Hope they are here to stay!

Update:
Tried their crispy egg noodles. SO GOOD. I asked them to separate the noodles so it wouldn’t get soggy and they kindly obliged!
Tip/ you can add $.50 or $1 more for extra noodles ;)
This stall is soon becoming my new favourite stall in PPJ hawker centre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only stall that I will go to whenever I visit Pasir Panjang food centre. Although they specialise in Ipoh / Malaysian style stir fried noodles but I felt that their fried rice is the true gem of all. The Yang Zhou fried rice ($5 w/o egg) and salted fish fried rice ($5 w/o egg) are excellently executed and you can taste the wok hei and sincerity of the young chef. Portion is rather generous . It’s a simply , tasty carb loading fare . The stall assistants are all very friendly and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 滑蛋河 is fried when ordered, 1st the horfun then the gravy, everything is piping hot, unlike most other stalls that serve the precooked horfun & precooked gravy. But surprisingly the taste is just average, I would expect at least more wok hei. The serving is quite generous though.
I am amazed that some people can taste msg in the food, that must be special talent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very lousy plate of KL Hokkien mee. $6 for a small dry plate of noodles, with some fish cakes, sliced pork and two prawns that tasted weird. Hope you guys can improve on the taste and not just simply cook a plate of noodles without putting any effort

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ate the 夜光河粉 (item 2) on the menu... It blew me away. Brought me back to those times I ate this in Ipoh. The taste is simply out of this world! And the price is reasonable. Not like some stalls that overcharge and don't taste half as good. Please support this business. The owners are nice and humble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another great food here. The hor fun is the dark version. Plenty of lard but it packed full of flavour. Come with a uncooked egg place in the middle, prawns and pork. Mixed it well and you get a nice delicious kway teow.
