★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad experience indeed. Resort to old school tactics to squeeze driver $ upon returning car. Unethical. Stay away at all cost. If about to rent already, inspect car throughly and document before collection. Grab, Gojek should delete in making them as fleet partner through a 3rd entity

It came with multiple scratches already, but apparently mine had major scratches that required a full paint job and loss of income for 2 days. Was the only company I could find for rental to Malaysia so I had to go with it. They have changed their name to Asia Express Car Rental, but the boss is the same Vicki Lee.
