★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was quoted to repair parts for 1k for shock of my life for minor parts replacement. Never trusting sgcarmart review for recommending again. Lucky for me did my own due diligence to go other workshop to get it check and quoted for the parts n service almost half the price goodness . Totally scam and unreliable. Please do not apologies to me if this is how you run your business good luck to you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a VW Golf cabrio from them, overall a good experience! Ray and the staff were very friendly and helpful, appreciate them accommodating my last minute booking.
The car was pretty fun to drive and $90/day is a pretty reasonable price for a good looking convertible. Downside was that the interior smelled a bit like cigarettes (probably no time to thoroughly clean because of my last min booking) and some trims were worn. Would maybe suggest that maybe they do up the interior a bit (upgrade the infotainment system, re-trim some panels) and it'll become a top choice :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my car in for normal servicing and repair of an engine start problem.
The admin was courteous and helped schedule the visit. The Mechanics (from junior to senior) were very helpful and informed me well regarding the repair. They were open to my inputs too (I have prior done some research about possible causes to the intermittent start issue).
Finally a third mechanic suggested replacing the cam shaft sensor. Immediately I had a good feeling it was a wise move since it is a less expensive part and high possibility.
At my request he also helped to replace my wiper and break light bulb.
Overall they are very professional and obviously not out to kotok customers.
I highly recommend Precise Auto Service.

Marcus has been very patient in answering my questions and provided his honest views. He listens to my requirements and gives me good recommendations. I believe I have the best match of my requirements in getting this car. It has been a week driving and so far so good. Although Marcus is eager to be there for me for after sales service, I hope I don't have to look for him for any issues so soon. Everything was smooth dealing with Precise Auto Marcus. Thank you!
