Fazz Bike360 - Ba

I bought a 3sixty bike from Fazz in December 2020 and recently, I had issues with the brakes (the brake pad dropped out while riding and was lost!) and on a different occasion, I skidded with the bike during a heavy downpour (I checked with a friend and he said the rubber on the tires hardened (poor quality maybe?) and I had to get the tires changed). I did my own maintenance and repair (also changed the inner tubes) but wasn't confident of my handiwork so I called and messaged him if he can help to take a look (he replied ok). I brought my bike to his shop (I don't stay nearby) and he only gave a cursory look (despite the fact that he was sitting outside his shop, he was free and there's no customer at the shop), gave some advice (e.g. brake caliper was upside down) and that's it. Then he promptly walked into his shop and did other things (shooing me away?) before another customer came and that's the end of it. Anyway, my thoughts were - shouldn't the bike still be under warranty? Ok, I did change the parts (however, when I called him earlier, he said he was attending a wedding and asked me to try changing it on my own) but I wasn't holding him to anything. It was less than half a year and I was just asking his help to ensure that what I did on the bike were ok and I can still safely ride on it. He seems to be a nice guy but I guess what he did here and what I experienced just didn't tally up. Will I purchase from him again? No. PS: I could have paid $150 to $200 less by buying the same bike from Carousell sellers. The money I saved - I could have paid for 2 general servicing in any of the bike shops. I opted for him as I believed he will at least provide me some support if required. Guess I was wrong. EDIT: Reading through the other reviews, it seems like another customer (mfcnyleve) faced the same problem as I did.

Bought 4 foldies from this shop late last year. Owner and his friend/assistant were friendly, patient and gave decent advice during sale and collection. Price was higher than e.g. online retailers selling same brand but we accepted it; trusting that they will set up the bikes properly for us and also provide reliable after sale service. Unfortuntely, we had issues with 2 of our bikes over the last couple of months (<3 months after purchase) and hence contacted the shop. Alas, the responses turned lacklustre over time... the shop did not seem keen / to have time to service our bikes. Perhaps they are too busy with other jobs. We gave up but found and received great service from another bike shop that did not turn us down even though we walked in and they even fixed our bike on the spot! Don't think we will go back to Fazz again.

Fazz's bike shop is my go-to bike service place. He did full services on my bike as well as my wife's, they were meticulously done! He was also very transparent with regards to what needs to be changed. Both me and my wife are new cyclist and Fazz is super patient and friendly upon explaining all the things that we need to know about our bikes. Thank you!

The best bike sales experience. Called in the morning to make appointment for bike ride test. Went in the afternoon to also select colours. Paid and new bike came out of the box , inspected by Fazz360 and presented. I was taught by his wife to unfold and fold the 3sixty . All done under 100 mins. Left the shop and rode the bike home, passing Gardens by the Bay , F1 pit and Orchard Road. The bike was zippy and easy to pedal… enjoy only.. thanks might get one more for the kids..

I own Fazzboi and his wife a good review after bought Pikes Gravity from them in Early Nov. The husband & wife was very helpful during the transition performing a quality check and showing us how the trifolding works. There were slight hiccup cause of manufacture fault on inner tube but he immediately ask me to bring in and get it changes. I personally like how Fazzboi very professionally to ensure his customer to enjoy their foldie bike experiences and do check out his Facebook and video for more promotion. Do Note: Please allow him and his wife some time to response you on follow up matter as it is only both of them managing the store and addressing customer problems, He even response in his own personal time RESPECT. As he always mention He is only 1 man show. ??

Bought my 1st trifold Pikes from Fazz due to the numerous positive reviews from people around. Had followed the facebook page and finally saw a video of him bringing in this 9speed water blue(favourite colour) pikes and I knew I had to get it. Dropped Fazz a fb msg in the morning and went down to buy the bike in the afternoon. Fazz and his wife were friendly and answered my questions promptly regarding the trifold. Bike is totally in good condition and working well.

Excellent service . I took Basie service package for my 360 bike . nicely done clean , over haul and tune , arrange the cable and fix the new light . Seat adjustment etc Over all good service and selling best 360 accessories

Bought 3sixty tri-fold bike chameleon blue color (upgraded version) for my partner after got recommended from Bryan and seen other positive reviews. Fazz and his wife were very helpful and gave everything in details about the bike, in term of the gearing system and how to fold the bike properly. Price was very reasonable and worth it, plus they allow me to test ride and checked the bike carefully before let me bring it home. Bought the bag for the bike as well, bike is super easy to fold once you practice more and ride was smooth. Thank your Fazz and his wife for the awesome 3sixty tri-fold bike. A wonderful and awesome experience with them at the shop.
