Royally unfriendly and unhelpful, even on (literally) a rainy day. In fact, I would class the communication with me as being particularly rude. Granted, I don't have a Brompton. However, I suffered a flat tyre on my regular sized bike just as I was going by - so I popped in to ask some very simple questions: 1) would BK by chance happen to have any spare 700C inner tubes, if not would BK know where the nearest regular bike shop is; and 2) would it be possible for me to use the bike pump so I could inflate the punctured tyre a little bit to push the bike to whichever shop is nearest, keeping it off the rim. All I got was a "uh, don't know, maybe you push back towards Kallang MRT", followed by "lend you for what, flat already what so what's the point". Look, I get that I don't have a Brompton and I was asking for free verbal advice or the use of a bike tyre pump. But at the least - and I know there is no requirement to do be polite - it would have been much nicer to just say "I don't know" or "sorry, I'm busy" to the rain soaked guy pushing a flat. Or even just said "I'll charge to use the pump" instead of basically giving the verbal equivalent of flipping someone off. Also just FYI, there is a regular uncle and aunty bike shop in the HDBs literally around where you are located, less than 50m away. Just in case, oh you know, because BK is near the park connector and in the future someone else wanders in with a flat asking you where to go. Hopefully it isn't raining at that point in time for that person's sake. Or that he/she is riding a Brompton just so you know, they'll see a nice smiling face hoping for some real business to be done.

I really enjoy going there! Both my wife and I have Bromptons as of this year and we just came back from our third or fourth visit. They are super knowledgeable about the Brompton! I am starting to work on the bike myself, and Sonic does a great job walking me through some of the more simple installs. Lastly, they are nice people from a sales perspective! They suggest options that are better suited for me from other stores and have suggested me waiting on a purchase instead of impulse buying expensive items :-).

I was working nearby and decided to drop by to check out the shop. Very friendly folks I must say, even though I gave them only a super tiny business today (more like I’m wasting their time). Looking forward to come back again for ‘bigger jobs’. Jiayou and good luck to your business!

Came here to purchase and install eazy wheels, extenders, racks, and bottle mounts for my Bromptons. A couple runs this shop and they are so friendly and polite. They are responsive to WhatsApp enquiries, and their service is very meticulous and good. Highly recommended to all Brompton riders! Just note that repair, maintenance and modification services are by appointment only, simply call/WhatsApp them to book one.

My go-to Brompton Mechanic whom I only trust with my 2 Bromptons. Charges very reasonably and service quality top notch. Always refer my Brompton friends to this shop.

Happy to find this cute shop for our front lights installation. Very responsive to WhatsApp inquiry about the stock of items before visit. Service was quick and we appreciate their extra kindness for tiding up the cables as well.

One of my worse experience dealing for bike modification. I wanted to change to a 3rd party shifter and told Brompton Kitchen about it. They said no issue. So I brought my bike and the parts needed to change. The mechanic was fast as the next day message me to collect my bike. But I was busy so I collect the following day, I was excited as it was suppose to be a joyous event whenever someone send their bike for a new parts change. To my surprise my theme of the bike got changed due to a sleeve at the 3 speed shifter. Brompton kitchen did not call me to explain before changing it and it totally destroyed the theme of the bike. The mechanic still absurdly mention that it has to be like this. But there was not call to inform the customer about it. I felt that it was a rush job in changing as my brake lever was not tighten upon collection and the tuning was really out of place. Totally disappointed with the service. I highly do not recommend this place.
