โ โ โ โ โ Been using their service for 13 years now and not a problem so far. Sure, there will be delay once in awhile due to bad weather or their rider had an accident. Overall, I still manage to get my items delivered within the same working day. Although, their customer service officers still need room for improvement. Their price are reasonable (not dirt cheap and definitely not sky high) with the service they offer. Hope this helps.

โ โ โ โ โ will never use their service again. bad service and rude customer service. I was requesting same day collection and delivery, and they reply " cannot delivery at the same day, proceed?" which i have not replied yet. and i was nearby the collection point hence i went to collect by myself. and the ppl there told me the document is collected by courier guy. so i called the customer service, ask them why collected the document without my permission and please return it or delivery it today, it is very important documents. then the customer service raise his voice and scold me. I tried to send the email that day to check if they can delivery the same day and i can pay more, there is no one replied my email. it is not the first time. i am done using their lousy service.

โ โ โ โ โ What a lousy feed back system if Cash Payments customers don't get to feed back their customer service when their staff make mistake.
If this is the way how they handle their CASH customers, they will only lose their potential customer who are paying Cash. Good Luck! If anyone of you planning to used their service, please think twice, because they are not going to responsible even if are their mistake.

โ โ โ โ โ Have to work on the customer service for sure ! The counter staff with the attitude is really bad . I am using FCS services for a few years but they really have to filter their staffs or need improvement .
