★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FedEx lost items in my package at customs, I asked for recovery, they didn’t even try, they offered compensation end of Sep 21 but we are in December 21 and they haven’t, just pushing paper around, do not trust them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy and impressed with the front desk assistant /lady that helped me today mail very important documents to another country. I had a lot of questions and she was very patient, and most importantly, super willing to help. She didn’t rush me, she made sure my documents would arrive safely by giving me correct packaging , etc.
Also for those going tot he office, it is located in Lobby A (take elevator to 4th floor)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although they’re able to deliver my package faster compared to DHL, their customer care agent was extremely rude and wasn’t open to answering questions regarding price, such as “does your price include insurance?” and “what’s the reimbursement amount if something happens to the package?” DHL although will take a week to deliver my package, they were very clear up front about everything without me needing to ask. I’m willing to pay a premium to get my package delivered faster, but I won’t tolerate rude customer care representatives who can’t be courteous and answer basic questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Package arrives at 1:30pm but nobody can deliver it on the same day, when you pay a heck of a premium for their express service. To self collect you need a permit that takes 24 hours - ludicrous. Customer service always mumbling on hotline and super unhelpful.

Stop using outsource courier to deliver your package.... they are so unreliable.... bad attitude and unprofessional
They are tainting FedEx reputation with unprofessional service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ International piority yet slow as hell. They just take their time and delay endlessly. Rates are so expensive. Non customer service existence. Cant believe this day and age, this premium courier still alive. Pay high price yet cant deliver on time.
