Hi.....after so long of suffering about my feet...at last found the right person and place. The doctor say I have flat feet but after being scan at Feetcare by a very helpful,friendly and profesional staff by the name of Jay my feet found the right shoes. It was Plantar Fasitiicis. So I bought 2 pairs of slipper and with the advice given by Jay my pain really went off really fast. Highly recommended. Now I am bringing my son to have treatment for his feet soon. I am really happy with his service and help. Thank you so much Jay.

Staff attended to me was Jay. Very friendly and patience. Attentive n listen to my concern as I have pain on my heal. Explanation was simple and they will recommend the care n product that is needed. I bought a pair of slippers that I have to wear 24/7 and the next morning I do not feel the pain. Slippers were comfortable. Will definitely recommend friends and family. Thanks!!!

Verily served me and my daughter when we visited the shop. She is very friendly, patient and professional. As a first step, Feet Care did a feet scan and the results were accurate when she explained to us. If not for the feet scan, I would have mistakenly thought my daughter has flat feet and bought wrong slippers and insoles. The scan showed otherwise. My daughter had high arched feet instead. Verily suggested for us to come back for 3 or 6 month review to see if the insoles and home use slippers improve the condition. I am very pleased with her suggestion and the service rendered. Overall, I had a happy purchase experience at Feet Care and highly recommend to buy their products which are affordable and can last quite long. Keep up the good job, Feet Care!

My girl has been c/o of pain in her heels since she started Pri 1. We hv not been able to find the cause of it and we even brought her for TCM all these didn’t work. We chanced upon Feetcare in Dec 2021 and after a scan. She was noted to have high arch and prescribed a insole. Since she started school in Jan 2022. She never had such complains anymore. She commented that the insoles are comfy and we also let her use the insole when she is wearing shoes for outing. My son had the same complain since Jan 2022 and the complain grew more and today, we made an appointment to get him scanned and he was prescribed with an insole too. The moment he stepped out of the shop, he told me ‘wow! It’s so comfy!’ Indeed it’s money well spent

I went to the shop yesterday and found out that it was still closed for Chinese New Year. The lady inside was kind enough to open the shop for us to buy a pair of school shoes for my son. She also shared what to look for in a pair of good school shoes - snug ankle support so that the shoes support the kids’ feet when they do sports). Fantastic service!

Jay attended to me and she was amazing!! She's really knowledgeable and so genuine. I first did the foot scan to find out my feet type and she explained the kind of footwear/support I need. She was sincerely listening to my problems and recommended me solutions which truly helped. It almost felt like a miracle because I was experiencing acute pain for my plantar fasciitis and the insoles and socks provided so much relief! Beyond that, she also advised on post-treatment which is so important in the recovery process. All in all, Jay's amazing at what she does and she truly cares. I truly recommend her. Well done Jay!

I walked into FeetCare with a sore abrasion on my bunions, left feeling assured and having better knowledge to care for my feet, and a few days later, heeding the advice given, resumed running with much comfort and joy! Jay is exceptional. She was careful in examining my feet, and offered professional and helpful recommendations based on my condition - such as the design of running shoes to go for, possible shoe brands, and the type of socks that would help reduce the abrasion. Being clueless on how to care for my feet, and concerned about worsening the condition of my bunions, Jay was patient and reassuring in her explanations. I was so ready to buy something from FeetCare because of Jay’s exceptional service. But she was so honest to share that the products they currently have are not so suitable for my condition - an emerging/not so serious bunion - and encouraged me to try out the recommendations she shared. She could have tried to sell me anything they have and I very likely would have gotten it - seriously! On my two visits, I left without paying for anything, but left with renewed knowledge, improved feet condition, and a very grateful heart. Thank you Jay!
