Very responsive when I called during the day. Needed to print A1 fyp poster urgently. Came at night and good thing is that only this shop open late till 10.30. The lady was very nice and friendly. The printing time was very fast. I think it took about 10 mins to print A1 size poster. It's pretty cheap too with mount board. Recommended!!

Aunt who can speak Chinese and English a little bit. With her misunderstanding she printed a wrong one and even she charged for it. In another time, she printed a wrong one and I should come over again to print it. I won’t come here anymore

I got my printing made today at around 5pm and I have to comment that the Chinese (from China) lady has rendered the worst service in my life as a customer. First of all, when I needed an article to be photocopied, I observed some stains on the printing machine's glass. I politely asked her to wipe it clean and she attempted to use her fingers to scrap those stains off. I was baffled by her choice of method as it might not clean it properly, and suggested her to use a cloth instead. She then begrudgingly obliged with a disgruntled face. Next, I needed the said print-out to be laminated. When she pulled out the laminating sheet, I, again, saw some dust trapped on it. I suggested her to wipe them off as well and she retaliated rudely saying that the dirty side of the sheet is the outer face. She continued with the lamination process, and truth be shown, the dusty side turns out to be the inner side and created air bubbles within (reference pictures shown attached). At this point, I was in such shock by her poor service attitude that I just chose to make the payment and head out; I can no longer endure any more interactions with this lady. Her service rendered was simply unprofessional and irresponsible. What I've experienced today showed me that she don't care about my expectations as a customer and her own company's expectations of product offered. Why should I, a customer, be teaching her how to do her job (cleaning the printer and ensuring the lamination sheet to be clean to prevent incidents like mine to happen) efficiently? I truly believe that she is not taking any pride in her job and if she continues to maintain such service standards, this business will soon find no returning customers. If there's no service recovery from the company's representatives or management, I am confident that I will be steadfast on my stance that nobody should patronise this business.

I have been printing all our restaurant menus, posters, banners, roll up banners etc from here. Always the best experience. Aunty is very kind and understanding. Thanks ?

AVOID COMING HERE. There is an aunty who can barely understands English and doesn’t seem too keen to converse with customers. She does not even clarify before printing and just does what she thinks has to be done. Unpleasant experience. just go to other shops that provides a better service.

AVOID THIS SHOP. I had rushed a5 30 items printed here. It was double price of outside. Fine. Ok. I needed it quick. I arranged a courier specially for it. There was a 1cm difference. To the owner, 1cm diff doesn’t matter. It does if you’re using a folder for a5 ONLY items... As a result she said she would reprint. (Mind you, it’s been 5 hours and I’m wasting more time) And I asked her how about delivery. She expects me to pay again. No service recovery.... Tbh. Don’t bother disturbing your peace over people who don’t know a5 size. Or according to other reviews, other sizes too. Please go to Cmyk Core - also at sunshine plaza. Just that opens late 11am.

Highly recommended, my go-to printing shop! Print all my foam-boards here with good pricing. Very nice lady :) She even wrapped my foam-boards so nicely and put a DIY handle so I can hold easily! Fast responses through whatsapp too!

asked lady in store if they print a3 coloured to which she said they do. emailed in my pictures and she printed it out in a4 and was still charged for it & asked "why didn't you tell me". unpleasant experience, but it was the only printing shop open on this day at sunshine plaza ob the first floor.
