★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my dad's favorite hangout. It's a nice place in the heartland of Singapore. The coffee is good and the minced pork noodles is very good.
The economic bee hoon stall is quite good too. Portions are generous so you need to tell them to scale back on the been hoon if you are not after a very filling meal.
Toilets are clean and they don't mind you sitting down for hours. Although that might be a problem given the current COVID-19 situation. There are provisions shops like NTUC and econ minimart so some shoppers would shop and come here for a quick bite before heading home.

Used to have delicious economy bee Hoon N can order food in bulk for home parties etc..The cai fan auntie becomes unfriendly if you asked how they charged! Boycott them! Now what's nice is just the kway teow soup stall? coffee-c n teh-c is $1.50!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited today drink stall staff had bad attitude. Standing there for long time (been ignored). Staff chitchatting loudly inside. Only been served after I say hello for a few times but turn out impatient from a staff. Been scolded when I asked as most of the bun not ready. So I turned away without buying anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee shop (show as S11) in a small walkway under block 110 lengkok tiga, 5-10mins away from kembangan MRT... Most of the stores are closed when during dinner time except the Zi char store n it seem popular among the residents... Food wise really tasty n good, just a little higher price than the rest of other Zi char store, maybe that the only one store there in the neighborhood... not a bad idea to try it out, overall....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since S11 operator took back this coffeeshop under their management, the service standards have steadily gone down as their prices increased. My morning tea has gone from $1.30 to $1.50 from 2020 till 2022, while the tea quality has also gotten worse.
It's a pity because the food stalls here are good (fishball noodles, chicken rice and beehoon), but are suffering from the stall rental increases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really delicious plate of chicken rice. Brings back memories of old days, the chicken drumstick is so tender that it “melts” in your mouth, generous serving of salted vegetables soup and every grain of rice is coated with authentic chicken flavour
