★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably worst service company, my intercom fail to work and called them in the technician bring a old set with old box and charge $749 for replacement, tested working but told me cannot put back old set so have to buy. Somemore does not accept any credit card payment, warranty one year.
Any condo management or condo launcher pls considered alternative intercom company out in the market. The service and quality of product is sub-standard. It not only annoy your residents also create problem for your condo. Bad experience and worst service provider. ???
Once the condo select the service provider pretty much done deal for many years. So BE CAREFUL such bad service.. as you see in other's review as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been Calling FERMAX but to no avail. Not even a ring. Im not sure what I can do to get hold of them. Since december, I do not have my intercom working or install. Their guys came down to relocate the cable and till then no one come to fix it. Payment of relocate already made. Called them many times and they say 26/1/2022 will be coming. One day before called say to available as the system is down. Called again and say will called back. AND TILL NOW NO ONE CALLED> Try calling them today the whole day but there is NO RING SOUND AT ALL. ARE THEY NO LONGER WANT TO THE WORK ? SUCH A FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE>
