Told him that the item he requested is not available, we never sell it and have no intention of bringing in the product.
His reply was "then you have to order it".
Ridiculous.
For example, if Samsung only produce Android phone, this guy would call in Samsung and ask them to produce an iPhone.
illogical and simply arrogant.
Please keep this worker's attitude in check.
