★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and overcharging. 2.50 dollars for a stalk of rose, yet charging 15 dollars for a stalk of flower in a bouquet that anyone could make themselves by dropping by a stationery shop. Alright, I thought I would help this local business since I still have CDC vouchers. Alas the owner only accepted cash which makes things difficult for customers and wouldn't even accept CDC voucher provided by the government to help local business owners! Why would a reasonable customer help someone when they wouldn't even help themselves to sincere aid? Would rather pay more for convenience than to make a detour to this unkempt shop to support local business. Support local? Think twice before supporting poor service and pricing.
