More than that, Giang - the owner is very friendly and enthusiastic. That's why I joined workshops with her several times. Hope you have more workshops as I'm always ready and eager to join! β β β β β Extraordinary service! I rarely leave a review for a company but the level of service provided by Florita is worth complimenting. I placed an order for a mini Christmas tree and it was delivered within 2 hours - in excellent condition! Aside from this, my queries were answered promptly which makes ordering a breeze. Overall, it was a delightful and fuss free experience which left both the buyer and recipient really pleased. The tree is tastefully decorated and sooo beautiful to the extend the recipient is unwilling to take it out of the bag. Hahaha. Thank you very much for being so reliable and going the extra mile when you didn't have to. I highly recommend Florita and I am positive this will not be my last time engaging them!

I remember I used to go to the market to find flowers for my wife and its a pain. Choosing the right flowers and color combination requires skill. Right now with Florita, I am sure I will revisit to purchase for flowers for every other occasions! Very responsive and also genuinely passionate about flowers and customer service. She even hand write my birthday card to my wife! She accommodate to all my requests and I am thankful for that. Fuss free transaction as well. I will recommend to all my friends! ?

β β β β β I've met her to delivery flowers in Florita several times. There were a lot of flowers and floral accessories. Someday I watched Giang preparing and arranging flowers. I could see and felt she has a good skill and passion for that.
Also she is a very reliable person. Even though orders file up, she makes it to meet her promise with customers.

β β β β β It was a very wonderful experience arranging a birthday bouquet with Florita! Especially great service, since mine was sort of a bespoke/custom bouquet with a special addition (a Sara Verdier gift) inside, hence required a bit more communication and coordination on short notice.
The florist was a joy to work with! I also received updates about the delivery status (though not sure if that's supposed to be a regular service).
We (birthday girl, and those who bought this for her) are all very thrilled with the result!!
It's not common for florists to entertain special requests, since it can be potentially tricky (heh, hopefully not too many people like me), so, I'm really really thankful to have found Florita! Thanks so much!
