★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fernvale Riverbow was Government BTO plan and it was completed in 2015. The precinct is one of the few that house a underground basement carpark. The blocks are 414A, 414B, 415A, 415B, 415C, 416A, 416B and 416C. There are plenty of fitness corners around the precinct and children play area. This area is currently under Ang Mo Kio Town Council with Dr Lam Pin Min as its Member of Parliament.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is another nice precinct set by the Punggol Reservevoir ( formally Punggol River ).It is just next to Fernvale Riverwalk.The amenities include a children's playground, fitness park, barbeque pits with tables and benches and the only underground
carpark around this area.To get to food court, supermart and other shops, clinics, you have to take a short walk into the next precinct though ( Fernvale Riverwalk ).
