★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is set at a nice quiet and peaceful location just by the Punggol Reservoir (formally Punggol River ).The surroundings are designed well.Quite some amenities around. There is Food Paradise Foodcourt, Sheng Siong Supermart ( opens 24 hrs ),hair salon, bakery shop , Clinics ( 1 medical & 1dental ).household/hardware shop.There is a secondary school ( Pei Hwa Secondary School ) just across the road ( Fernvale Link ) , public bus stops along the roads and also Layar Lrt Stn (Sengkang West Loop Line SW 6 ).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good HDB flats along the Pongol river cum reservoir. However needs more residents to get involved in nature & to preserve the flora & fauna to its natural state. Need more Mangrove trees to be planted along the banks of the river
