★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor workmanship with multiple defects installation and delay installation. Gap on windows bubbles on laminated glass, joint gap, lock problems, finishing issues, etc. Defect rectification has not been completed for more than 1 year. Very disappointed. Premium price but getting very poor service and product.----------All payments in the project are managed by professional QS which has been trying to reach Ferros multiple times but no response. Installation defects rectifications/ keys /warranty are still pending. Yet, Ferros is asking for full payment. That's unprofessional conduct. The project QS can be contacted if Ferros is sincere in rectifying and completing this project .
