Been customer with Field Catering for last 4 years for water dispenser delivers. Terminated the contract due to relocation out of Singapore. Now 4 weeks after the dispenser was collected by Field Im still to receive the deposite refund. Several chaser to the company only receiving lousy excuses and no money. Dont bother with this company

HORRIBLE UNREASONABLE COMPANY! Avoid at all cost!
- Rude, bad, unreasonable customer service
- Did not deliver during schedule time
- Did not refund the so call "refundable deposit" after termination with them
We are their corporate client. We ordered 5 gallons water and small bottles from them since 2009. Recently in 2020 we asked for a change of dispenser due to faulty issue. They suddenly said we did not meet their minimum order quantity based in an agreement that has already expired in 2010!!!! Did not do their due diligence previously to inform customers on this requirement and we were held hostage of either to meet their requirement if not they will not repair the dispenser. WE HAVE DECIDED TO TERMINATE. However the problem didn't end there, THEY REFUSED TO REFUND OUR DEPOSIT despite us returning the dispenser and bottles already.
Good job Polar, for treating your 11 YEARS customer like that. Unreasonable and no customer service at all especially their so called General Manager who was unprofessional and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience with their customer service. Rude, unhelpful, and worst of all, did not even have the basic common sense to check the address first for any existing account number. Wanted to charge me an extra $100 because I did not order with an account number?! Definitely go elsewhere because there are a million water cooler suppliers out there that won't make you feel like you went down a few IQ points after speaking with their staff.
